Texas law requires all licensed hospitals to submit aggregate financial, utilization, and other data each year to the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). This survey is a cooperative effort between DSHS, the American Hospital Association and the Texas Hospital Association. The data collected from this questionnaire is released in Q4 of the following year.
