Riley Sample is an Economic Research Assistant for RPC. He supports RPC’s economists and financial consultants by conducting data analysis, developing statistical models, and preparing research for expert reports. Riley contributes to RPC’s work in personal injury litigation, economic damages analysis, and Certificate of Need regulatory proceedings, compiling complex data into clear and concise findings for use in reports and testimony.
Riley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Certificate in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin. He also served as a research assistant at the University of Texas, where he contributed to economic modeling and statistical analysis projects. He is experienced in Python, R, SQL, Stata, and Excel, and has applied these tools to projects ranging from financial market analysis to research. His technical skills include building automated data pipelines, conducting econometric analysis, and creating data presentations to support expert opinions.
