Gretchen Bakkenson is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Life Care Planner with RPC. Gretchen brings over three decades of expertise providing expert analysis and testimony in personal injury, medical malpractice, and employment litigation cases for plaintiffs and defendants.

Gretchen has consulted on a broad range of cases, offering comprehensive assessments of medical and therapeutic needs, employability, and earning capacity. Her life care plans are often used to support structured settlements, Special Needs Trusts, and damage evaluations, and she had served as an expert for the Social Security Administration and the Industrial Commission of Arizona.

Prior to joining RPC, Gretchen led her own firm for over a decade and held leadership roles in other rehabilitation consulting practices.
