Bruce Bloom provides vocational consulting services as part of RPC’s personal injury team with extensive testimony experience for plaintiffs and defendants. His areas of expertise are in determining pre-injury and post-injury employability for injured workers, and in services for transition-age youth. He also has advanced training working with people with traumatic brain injuries. Bruce has experience conducting transferable skills analyses and labor market surveys to assess how an individual’s job experience relates to the job market. Previously, Bruce has worked as the Director of Employment Services for a career services company placing individuals with varying disabilities in jobs in Austin.  Bruce has worked with physicians and therapists to assess individuals’ physical and mental capabilities when identifying vocational alternatives for workers.  He is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
