Dr. Cromwell is an economist with RPC providing expert testimony, economic analysis, affidavits, and expert reports on economic damages in personal injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination, and commercial litigation cases. He prepares expert reports and testimony on loss of earning capacity, loss of support, loss of household services, and the present value of life care plans. He also evaluates the reasonable value of past and future health services.

Prior to joining RPC, Dr. Cromwell served as an economist with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), where he conducted statistical and economic analyses related to employment discrimination claims under federal laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Equal Pay Act (EPA). In this role, he provided expert consultation for systemic investigations, prepared internal reports, and contributed to consent decree monitoring. He also represented the EEOC on interagency committees focused on methodological updates to key federal datasets, including the American Community Survey (ACS) and the Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) system.

Dr. Cromwell earned his PhD and MS in Economics from Florida State University, where he also served as a research assistant and instructor. His academic work includes published research in peer-reviewed journals, with a focus on economic behavior and public finance.

At RPC, Dr. Cromwell applies his expertise in labor economics, statistical analysis, and employment data to provide clear, well-supported opinions in complex employment and economic damages matters.
