Bennett Niemeyer is an Economic Research Assistant for RPC. He supports RPC’s consultants by conducting economic analyses, developing statistical models, and compiling complex data into clear and concise findings for use in expert reports and testimony. Bennett contributes to RPC’s work in personal injury litigation, evaluating loss of earnings and earning capacity, assessing the reasonableness of charges for past and future medical care, discounting the cost of recommended future care to present value, and calculating economic damages associated with wrongful death and wrongful termination cases.
Bennett brings a strong quantitative foundation to his role, holding a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Certificate in Applied Statistical Modeling. Bennett’s technical project work includes statistical analyses in healthcare and applied mathematics. His experience includes evaluating the effectiveness of an AI-assisted medical tool, building regression and time-series models, and conducting experiments using hypothesis testing and ANOVA. He is proficient in Python, R, and Excel.
