Additional Information
John Raish is a Senior Consultant with RPC. He has over 20 years of experience as an operational leader delivering on-time, under-budget, system-wide improvements in major hospital environments. With a background in industrial engineering and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration, John has led teams in implementing physical and financial changes to help hospitals expand their operations, create new business areas, and adapt in changing environments.
Before joining RPC, John served as Senior Vice President of Support Services at Parkland Health in Dallas, where he oversaw ten departments and a multimillion-dollar annual budget. His leadership spanned facility operations and major capital construction, including multiple new clinics. John has experience planning and executing projects in a range of clinical areas, including breast health, oncology, mental health, imaging, and employee clinics. John has overseen the expansion of a breast health center, an administrative building, and inpatient beds while minimizing disruptions to clinical and facility operations.
John is part of RPC’s Certificate of Need team. He has extensive experience in managing healthcare program budgets, securing funding for projects, and navigating regulatory issues.
