- Peer Review – RPC’s consulting physicians can review medical records to determine whether any treatment received for the alleged injuries was reasonable, necessary, and consistent with recognized, published treatment guidelines. They can determine whether comorbid conditions contribute to the plaintiff’s complaints or findings on diagnostic testing.
- Loss of earnings and earning capacity – Our vocational consultants and economists analyze plaintiff loss of earning claims to find unreasonable and unsupported assumptions. We identify missing documents. We can administer vocational tests and identify alternate jobs to mitigate damages if the plaintiff cannot return to his pre-event job.
