Darcy Schaeffer manages RPC’s regulatory practice, which focuses on Certificates of Need. Darcy works closely with clients and their attorneys to achieve successful outcomes. She manages projects from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and contributing detailed research, regulatory analysis, and strategic documentation. She is skilled in identifying, analyzing, and presenting complex quantitative and qualitative data.

Darcy has nearly two decades of experience in health planning and regulatory analysis. She has supported projects in Texas, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, and Washington, DC. Her work spans the continuum of healthcare, from acute care hospitals and service-line planning to home health, hospice, Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and community-based services.
