Life Care Plans, Vocational Evaluations, and Loss of Earning Capacity analysis depend on medical opinions. A Life Care Plan is based on a physician’s opinions on the injured party’s future medical needs. A Vocational Evaluation depends on a physician’s opinions of whether and how an injury affects a person’s functional capacity and limitations, and the job duties the person can perform. The Vocational Evaluation then drives the Loss of Earning Capacity analysis.
The RPC team includes two board-certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physicians who can perform independent medical examinations and interpret functional capacity evaluations to determine the physical capabilities of injured parties. Both Dr. Buck and Dr. Wellborn are located in Austin, Texas and are in active medical practice. Both have testified extensively and been accepted as experts in their medical specialties.
